• Manage the portfolio of clients, achieving targets for new business and renewals/retention of current clients
• Develop and manage good working relationships with clients and the management team
• Attract new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market
• Provide accurate quotations and meet sales conversion targets
• Introduce new products and product providers and promote/sell through regular client communications and visits
• Increase the profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added-value services wherever possible

Requirements:

We invite candidates who possess the following attributes:

1. Educated to A-level or similar
2. Professional qualifications to Cert CII (or equivalent) are preferred
3. Service orientated with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver on promises
4. Numerate and confident with interpretation, analysis, and presentation of statistical data in report form
5. Experience of working within a Commercial Insurance Broker function
6. A sound understanding of Liability and Property Insurance
7. Good knowledge of financial services, and in particular commercial insurance
